I ordered the Bright Blue Skies bouquet. There was a sprig of blue. A ton of baby's breath and a few pink daisies, which weren't even supposed to be in the bouquet. Very disappointed. The website offered the option of having the flowers delivered on Sunday (Easter), I chose this option, but they were delivered on Saturday. I will be contacting customer service to complain on Monday. It makes me wonder what was actually delivered the previous two orders that I have placed.

The online shopping experience was quick and easy. The actual product was completely different. Pure false advertising. The product I paid over $80 for looked nothing like what came to my home. It was even halfway stocked the way you displayed it. The florist said it is impossible to create it and stocked it to a $40 value. This what your business told me. I am completely shocked and disappointed.

All went well. My complaint is with the order process. The shipping charge does not appear until the last screen of the order process. The charge should have been noted earlier in the order process.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
