The flowers were supposed to be delivered Friday. No delivery Friday but I received an email saying they were delivered. I ordered the flowers as a surprise to my sister but had to tell her what I sent since she didn't get them. Called your customer service line and the rude lady who I could barely understand said it was too late but she would send message to the flower shop for the next day. Someone told my sister there was a note left on the door when she wasn't home. My sister said there was not a note left or it blew away. My sister had to go pick up the flowers yesterday. She sent me a picture and they were pretty but service sucked!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
