It's a good service. However, your pink flowers for New Baby Girl look very pale and unappealing. The order as delivered was disappointingly small. In my opinion, you offered free delivery, but you took away from the size of the bouquet.

I am very unhappy with my order. I ordered an arrangement because of the deep pink, purple, and red colors. The arrangement that was delivered to my mother-in-law was pale pink. And the description of the arrangement was Rose and Lily celebration. There were no lilies in the arrangement.

You always make the arrangement exactly as shown. Very pleased with your prices also. But I have to say this last order I placed was not near the picture shown and I feel I paid way to much for this arrangement. This was supposed to be a "Get Well" basket of chocolate not an "Easter Basket". Not very pleased at all.
New to site. Easy to navigate.This arrangement appeared to be well done and cohesive. It was for my daughter out of state. The picture she sent showed the arrangement looking nice with the exception of the ribbon tied around the neck of the vase. It seemed to look like an after thought that a child tied on. It did not accent the arrangement.
