I received an email that have a half price discount. I couldn't believe how BEAUTIFUL the flowers were for the small price i paid! I recommned FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM to everyone...
The flowers were beautiful and came with a great balloon and bear, however, I ordered the boy block which was blue and the block that came with the flowers was multi-pastel colored and was much more for a girl than a boy. My daughter and I were disappointed. If the picture does not represent what you will receive it should be noted. I really wanted blue.
Delivered at 10pm...but otherwise great service.

I received a gift certificate from you that I was unable to use, and the handling fee is like "sticker shock" and makes the buying experience much less enjoyable. I'd rather have everything be much more transparent so I don't have the surprise at the end. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and makes the experience feel disappointing rather than exciting. Not only that, but I did not receive adequate support when I tried to get help using my gift certificate.

After seeing the order in person, was a little upset about the price that i paid.
It's a good service. However, your pink flowers for New Baby Girl look very pale and unappealing. The order as delivered was disappointingly small. In my opinion, you offered free delivery, but you took away from the size of the bouquet.

I am very unhappy with my order. I ordered an arrangement because of the deep pink, purple, and red colors. The arrangement that was delivered to my mother-in-law was pale pink. And the description of the arrangement was Rose and Lily celebration. There were no lilies in the arrangement.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
