Perfect timing... girl that delivered very courteous. The only complaint is that a few of the flowers were already dead.
I paid extra to have them delivered same day. They were not then I get a call from a customer service rep who basically calls me stupid and hangs up and then I get an email that says the flowers were delivered when they were not. The flower arrangement I received was completely not like the picture flowers were missing and the vase was completely different then what was said. I have never had my entire 13 years in this relationship had the worst exsperience on sending flowers to her on her birthday.

THE BASKET WAS NOTHNG LIKE THE PICTURE I ORDERED FROM. I SENT THIS TO MY GRANDAUGHTER IN CALIFORNIA(I'M IN NEW JERSEY) I CHOOSE THE LARGER BASKET WITH LARGER STUFFED BUNNY. EVERYTHING WAS SMALLER AND LOOKED CHEAP. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Order was for overnight delivery. Delivery was actually a day late.

Flowers were very fresh and arrangement was as adverized. Very pleased.
Easy ordering process however being an overseas order would not let me select UK. My friend recived a beautiful bunch of flowers in a lovely vase, very happy with the order.
The arrangement was disappointing and embarrassing; didn't have the fullness and size indicated on the website. The roses were lovely but the orchids were definitely underrepresented! This arrangement was to extend wishes from several of my siblings. I'm quite reluctant to order again & have this experience in the future.
It was a very quick and easy flower buying experience. The flowers I wanted delivered to the place I wanted in a timely fashion. It was all done at a very reasonable price - who could ask for anything more?

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
