I took a chance on the florist choice flowers. It was the day before Easter and I was hoping that the bouquet would include lillies (which are my favorite). It turned out beautiful with yellow lillies and purple flowers, even a purple rose. I live in Oregon and my recipient lives in Philadelphia, same day delivery. Amazing service. Thank you.

The Flowers were Beautiful, fuller and taller than pictured (or expected); so that was great! And I loved the Handwritten card~ it made it much more personal with what I had written on the card. Other 'pro'fessional flowers companies type out your cards. And they look so generic, even when using your words. The handwritten cards are a nice added touch. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
