Follow up: The Easter basket was delivered on time, as promised. However, the contents were ordinary candy products, with no Easter theme at all, which was a bit disappointing :( (No chocolate bunnies, or any stuffed toy like on the picture) For the price, I expected a bit better.
I decided at the last minute to give my son an Easter basket. The order was delivered that same day. I was concerned, because my son didn't get home till nearly 6 p.m., but he said the delivery guy pulled into his driveway right behind him. Good job!

First of all I would like to say I am very Disappointed with the Flowers I purchased through your Website. I ordered the 'Your in my Heart' arrangement. If you look at your picture on your website vs what my Girlfriend received,Very disappointing. I was Embarrassed when she sent me the picture of them. What's even more disappointing, paid the Extra for the premium package. Your website it says 'Premium orders contain even more blooms and are designed with greater selectivity in floral variety.' Well I didn't receive the premium. You can look at the pictures attached. The arrangement I got looks like the regular package. The arrangement also needs to be setup against the wall. The back looks horrible. So my question is? How can your company make this right? This arrangement doesn't have the OHH WOW, look what I got. Pretty embarrassing she had to display it against the wall by her desk.
Please let me know what can be done.

Doesn't look like what I ordered at all.

After seeing this peticular arrangement, that we ordered. We were embarrassed to see how small it was at the funeral home. And we ordered the medium size. It looked more like xtra small size. Was disappointed for sure. Would not order from here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
