I sent the flowers as a surprise, and they were very well received, but when I saw a picture of them I was a little disappointed. They looked like the smaller version of the arrangement I ordered. It was a lovely arrangement, though, but smaller than advertised.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement that I paid for. I ordered a deluxe arrangement for my daughters birthday. I used this site because it had good ratings. The arrangement that I order was a deluxe arrangement and to me look like something that you would get on a regular arrangement. Not many flowers at all. Very disappointed in the florist that put this arrangement together. I will probably not use this web site again.
