Really great Experience.
I ordered flowers for 2 people at the same time. It was easy to order and pay. I received emails stating both orders were received and being prepared. The next day I received emails stating both had been delivered. Of course I have not seen them so I'm hoping they look perfect. I will be speaking to the 2 people to verify delivery and perfection.
Less expensive than some equivalent sites
This is my second time ordering. My first order recipient was very delighted. I just wish you could offer different options on colors if wanted or needed in arrangements.

The two people the flowers were sent to really liked them!
The first order charged a $15 delivery which should have been shown before I got to the end of the orderIng process. I then cancelled the order. You then emailed that you would give me free shipping. When I went to place that order I noticed the previous 20% discount was gone, which was ok, but... Then you tacked on a 3.00 same day delivery charge although I asked for second day delivery and even though you indicated it would be next day delivery, I did not know how to get rid of that charge and just wanted my 97 year old mother to get the flowers. I could have ordered from a local florist for the same price. My mother did say they are beautiful. I just think you should reveal your extra charges upfront.
Easy website to work from
Easy to order, on time delivery. The flowers didn't look as full as the pictures online and unfortunately the picture in the custom picture vase was wrinkled somehow. The gift was still a huge hit, however for the price paid I feel the products should have been in better shape.
Flowers are not as bright and colorful but still nice roses
This was my first time ordering so I was a bit nervous about the delivery and quality. The flowers came right on time and look great. My friend loved them. I will definitely be ordering again!
