Very upset that flowers I received were not what I paid for very cheap small flowers

The paying side of ordering is un sure it said free delivery for life nothing there still paying delivery.

Bouquet of balloons were pretty and the delivery was timely. The helium didn't last long though...they had already begun to loose their luster and flotation by the next day.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
