I am in Toronto and wanted to send flowers to a cousin in New York City: Ordering was easy and fast. The delivery was super fast! I was surprised to get a phone call barely 2 hours after ordering them - from my cousin who received the flowers. She sent me a picture and they were exactly what I chose! So I am very happy with the speed, efficiency and product. I will definitely use this company again.
Your checkout is not ideal, give us a better way to manage coupon codes. You also need to mask credit card and CVC codes. Also, what's the deal with the hidden $15 service fee (only visible on the review order page)? Not to excited about your service...

I used to use Pro Flowers, but after several flower deliveries that looked nothing like the online photos I have stopped using them. I'm hoping I will have a better experience with foryouflowers.com.
The funeral was very crowded and I was not able to see the arrangement sent. I know that what I purchased is a random arrangement, but would be nice when email sent that arrangement delivered it would have a snapshot of the arrangement so I know what I am looking at and for at the service. It was very difficult to check at some funerals to see what we ordered and what was sent.

Although I read reviews to the contrary, I have had a wonderful experience with this service. I ordered a spur of the moment thank you "Florist Coice" that I wanted delivered same day. Not only was it delivered on the same day, the bouquet itself was GORGEOUS. I will definitely be back for more flowers!
Your handing and shipping is outrages, and the flowers were wilted
The flowers delivevered to my daughter were gorgeous! She was so happy. I was happy with the product, delivery and price. Will use fromyoufllowers again!
My bouquet was approximately $31 but the service fees were almost $15. That seemed high since all was done on the computer.
My friend emailed me a photo of the arrangement that I sent and it did not contain as many of the blue flowers as was shown on the website.
However, delivery was accomplished on the same day as promised.
