The flowers I am told were beautiful. The service was really fast until it came to delivery. I ordered same day delivery and was informed it was delivered at 6:35 P.M. It was after hours as this is a business. I had called "From you Flowers" and told them prior to delivery that it was too late.
The flowers were delivered around 1:00 P.M. today. A day late and am glad this was not a birthday or anniversary.
Am not sure I would order again as the communication was terrible. No one called to tell me the status of anything.

Good prices and fast delivery
I was a little disappointed with the quality of the flowers. By the time I received them the Lillie's were wilted. And the lavender tea cup that holds the flowers that I paid for want the vase I got. Instead I got a blue vase with writing on it. Not what I ordered! Disappointed!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
