I was excited by the same day delivery, but it turned out it couldn't get delivered that day, after all. That was disappointing. However, the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Healthy, beautiful, and a full bouquet. I've paid similar prices on other online delivery sites, and the quality wasn't this good. That may depend, somewhat, on what 2nd party they're using, but I'm sold. I'll order from here again.

DID NOT SEND THE EASTER BASKET I ORDERED ON 3/30 TO MY GRANDSON. FIRST IT WAS FOR DELIVERY 3/31, THEN 4/1. BUT ON 4/4 THEY EMAILED ME THAT THEY WOULDN'T SEND IT AT ALL. DON'T EVER USE THEM FOR FLOWERS OR GIFTS.
Very disappointed, delivered wrong flowers, chose Gerbera Daisy, not ONE daisy in bouquet, left outside in 30 degree weather, dead within 24 hours.

This is the second time that I have made a purchase. Would purchase more often but delivery service is not available in all areas. Some areas also require that I spend more money just to have the flowers delivered in a certain area.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
