Flowers were delivered within the estimated time frame. Although a nice flower arrangement was delivered, it did not look anything like the arrangement I ordered. Not sure I would trust what to expect next time and I can see how customers may have a problem with such discrepancies between what was ordered vs what was delivered.
The only thing I was disappointed that there were no lavender roses in the arrangement that were in the picture when I ordered. There were 2 red roses in the arrangement my mom received

The flowers were ordered and delivered same-day. I ordered them at approximately 10am and they were delivered by 3pm. The bouquet was beautiful. The price was cheaper than other websites I considered, and I was very pleased with the product. I will, for sure, order again from fromyouflowers.com.

ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THE FLOWERS SUBSTITUTED NOT A GOOD CHOICE BECAUSE OF COLOR AND SCENT SENSITIVITY TO LILIES. I ALREADY CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FLOWERS WILL BE REDELIVERED.

The price of the flowers was reasonable but there was no mention of additional $14.99 Service/Handling fee until it appeared in the final total at check out. I think that was kind of sneaky. Not a good practice in my opinion.
I assumed that the flowers will come in arranged as pictured on the website, and it didn't. It came in with just the flowers, no baby's breaths and the person that the flowers were sent to just made a disaster out of it. Should've known...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
