Arrangement delivered didn't look anything like the pictured product. Each type of flower was just bunched together & stems were long in the vase rather than low like pictures. Definitely not as pretty and lacking sunflowers.

Online experience was quick and easy, price was good, however I just saw what was delivered and it's not as full as the picture ( even after ordering premium), and in the picture there are at least 4 roses and the arrangement we have, there are none!

A very disappointing experience! The flowers were suppose to arrive on sat and then were promised before 12:00 pm on mon and were still late. The customer service did not seem concerned about my problem and taking $8 off the order is not enough! I will never order from this company again
The paying side of ordering is un sure it said free delivery for life nothing there still paying delivery.
Easy to use site. Did not get same day delivery. Was told I'd get a upgrade for the delay and did not get an upgraded bouquet. Will be using another company next time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
