Beautiful bunch of flowers, ordered from the UK for my mother in law in the USA. Paid a little extra for next day delivery. Photo that she sent us looked beautiful. She was very pleased.
I have selected get well flower basked + fruit basket + chocolates and balloons
They have only delivered flower basket and nothing else and once i contacted every agent had different information and then they said they will refund me $37.7 where as they are suppose to refund me $169
This is really an awful company and awful service
I ordered flowers for same day delivery at around 9:00 am yesterday morning. I was at work until 5, but my mother-in-law was at the house and I had chosen contactless delivery so there really shouldn't have been a problem with me not being there. I even called the customer service number to get an idea of when they would be delivered(which I was told anywhere from 9-6 that day LOL) and to let them know that I wouldn't be there but my mother-in-law would, and to ask if that would be okay and they said that was fine. So when I got home around 5:30 and they still hadn't been delivered I thought that was a little weird, but the estimate did say it could be until 6 so I waited until about 6:30. At that point I called the customer service number back and asked for an update on when they would be delivered. The representative called the local florist and at first I was told that I wouldn't be getting my flowers until the next day. Then the rep said to hang on one more second and after waiting on hold for around 10 minutes I was told that I would in fact be getting my flowers today(as advertised) and that they were "en route" and it would be any minute. After about another 45 or 50 minutes I finally received my flowers. To me it seemed like they were just going to push my order until the next day because they forgot about it and if I wouldn't have called that's what would have happened. The flowers themselves were nice, but the overall experience was not great. The ability to go online and order flowers for same day delivery and literally be able to hand pick what you want is very convenient, but I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of going through a third party. Might just be easier to go directly to a florist shop. As a side note, they didn't do contactless delivery and the guy knocked on my door and waited until I came to get the flowers, so I'm not even sure why they gave that option for contactless delivery. I don't think I'll be using this company again.
Service and Handling is TOO HIGH. My order was a gift to a relative in GA so I dont know how it looked.
Hidden fees are annoying. Nothing on the site about "handling fee" or the fact that price shows up much higher than on website. Product was $6 more than showing on website. No mention of "handling fees" period.
You need to post there is a service charge as I was puzzled by my bottom line

I was a bit disappointed; from what was received. Several things to note:
The planter box that was received was way smaller; with it being smaller than what's displayed on your website; there were less plant foliage and there were no cascading (hanging) plants as you have shown on your website. Hence my disappointment.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
