I ordered the Bright Blue Sky flower arrangement. The flowers listed should have been white lilies, yellow roses, blue delphinium, and purple monte casino. Upon arrival, there were purple, pink, and yellow. Not a blue flower in sight. The pink flowers look terrible. They even added a big PURPLE bow to the Bright BLUE Skys arrangement. Disappointed.

Shopping experience and delivery times were great. Unfortunately, the actual flowers that delivered were about a 1/3 the size of the ones in the picture. I selected the "Premium" level of arrangement which should have been a dozen roses, a dozen lilies and some additional filler items. What I received was a dozen roses, THREE lilies and a TON of filler item. The arrangement was beautiful, my wife loved them, BUT she would have been even more pleased if it was 3X's the size like I had paid for. Very disappointed. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a 25% refund, but that doesn't change my wife's experience on our anniversary.

I ordered the 24 premium rainbow rises

I ordered the 24 premium rainbow rises. The flowers were fine. The vase was too small in proportion to the number of flowers. It was a custom vase. I paid extra. Yet you still made a tiny vase to hold 24 rises. You should have enlarged the vase to match the content. Disappointing. The receiver did not use the custom made vase and replaced it with a larger vase.
