Great products and easy ordering process.
Order was mixed up, flowers were wilted turning brown
The ribbon "In Memory of a Good Man" was very important to us. We did not discover there was not a ribbon until the service. I would have ordered from someone that would put the ribbon on if I had known.
The flowers were delivered to my Assistant, she LOVED them. Just wish they were delivered earlier...it was about 4 - 4:30 and she usually leaves before then
Assuming the flowers are nice and get delivered as promised, I will use this again. It's hard to rate until I see what is sent.

Terrible service from the florist and confusion all around. Paid for same day delivery and wasn't delivered until next day. Florist lied that they had left a delivery notice and tried to deliver it 4 times (twice each day) so they left the flowers outside the door. I was told by the call center that the florist had tried to deliver the flowers once the first day and left a delivery notice which took away the surprise. Found out later that there was no delivery notice left at the house. I was also told by the call center that unless I approved leaving the flowers without a signature, they would not do it. The very next day the florist left the flowers without a signature and without my permission. I will never use your service again and will tell everyone I know not to use it either. Awful customer service.

My flowers could not be delivered on day it was supposed to be but was informed right away and given refund on delivery and also complementary teddy bear upgrade free of charge.
I have never used this company before. I was pleased to see that the the prices were very comparative to other companies and in most cases were cheaper. The selection was wonderful. Good variety and a lot of options. The candy/snack basket that was delivered was shocking. There were so many snacks in there from m&ms, pringles, bugles, crackers, chocolate...I was so amazed at the selection. There was something in there for everyone. The package was delivered to a hospital way before the delivery time. I will definitely use this company again.
Overall not happy with the arrangement and I order many, many times before for myself and my boss. I though the flowers arrangement would of been bigger and the Happy Birthday balloon only lasted about 1 1/2 days before falling.

The arrangement looked nothing like the image wasn't even close it appeared to look like a lump of flowers with candles in it. Was very very embarrassed
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
