Firstly, I did not receive my order on the delivery date. I called to cancel the following day, and the order was canceled. Originally the florist said that they came to my residence to deliver the flowers and no one was home. I informed the From You Flowers representative that we were home and have a Ring video doorbell to prove that no attempt was made. The florist then changed their excuse to "it was raining too much." After the order was canceled, about 2 hours later, a delivery person arrived with the flowers. I told him that the order was canceled and I already received a refund. After a lot of back and forth on the phone, he said that the florist insisted that I take the flowers. When I signed for the delivery, I indicated that the cancellation was made, I provided the confirmation number, and wrote that the florist insisted that I receive the flowers over my objections. Secondly, the arrangement was very small and did not contain all of the flowers indicated on the website. I paid for the deluxe arrangement, and it was far from deluxe. It looked absolutely nothing like the image on the website; the deluxe arrangement was the image shown. Overall a terrible experience.

I ordered the Gerber Daisy Celebration and the arrangement only had two daisys in it. Very disappointed.
The flower arrangements was for a family member at a different address,therefore I am not sure how the flowers look.I pray that she loved them as much as I did when I saw them on your wedsite.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
