I thought the arrangements were all reasonably priced. However I didn't not like that until the very end I found out the fee prices. Had i known and wasn't pressed for time I would have not ordered given it cost half the price of the arrangement to deliver and get the same day. Not a good feeling to get from ordering somewhere first time.

I like how simple the site is to use but the majority of the orders I've placed don't result in the exact product that I ordered being delivered. I have the impression that the florists do their best to cut costs and find chearper alternatives, thinking that I won't see the final product that I ordered. The price I pay for your products is likely the same charged by local florists so I think going forward I will contact local businesses directly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
