When flowers are delivered to a house I believe it is customary to knock at the residence front door, and not treat the package like something that will be going into one's garage!

It was very misleading how you leave the "service charge" for last, after dedicating time to choosing and editing the bouquet thinking it cost 19.99 to delivery, to later find out at the checkout page that its a total of twice as much. And this is even after sharing my credit card info. Not a way to attain return customers.

Ordered a "sweetheart bouquet" that showed mixed colors of red, yellow, orange and purple tulips. However, what was delivered contained nothing but purple and pink. She still liked them, but I am not happy with the mixup.
The bouquets were a lot smaller than what it showed on the website.
The flowers did not get delivered the day I wanted they showed up 2 days later and all the roses where turning black (dying) not very happy with this whole experience

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
