The flowers were delivered a week early and looked nothing like the order I picked the most expense option and the flowers delivered were 1/4 the size they were supposed to be and didn't look anything like what I picked out. I called to get a refund the woman was rude finally agreed to refund then asked when they could pick flowers from my grandmother?!? Horrible experience and horrible customer service.

This was my first time ordering from from you flowers. Ordering and delivery went fine. Quality of the orchid was average to above average, but I was mortified that instead of the pink orchid that I ordered, a just passed it's prime, large white orchid was sent (if they contacted me and said that they only had white, I'd be OK with that) that was dyed purple. I sent it as a gift, and was embarrassed

A little too pricey for my liking.
The order I place was supposed to include a BOX of chocolates and instead was delivered with a cheap bag of Twix. The flowers were arranged as described and shipment was in time.
Excelent service
I did not get an e-mail stating what time the flowers were delivered, but I did receive an e-mail at 5:08pm on Admin Professionals Day stating the flowers had been delivered. The recipient had already gone home for the day so the surprise was not as effective as I would have liked. However, the floral arrangement is beautiful.
Shopping was fine, now we will see how lovely the flowers are.
She got the flowers and they were lovely; not quite like picture, but may be even nicer.
