It was not what was pictured the basket hardly had any candy in it, I only got 2 balloons. Just wasn't what I thought I would be getting to announce my congratulations for my new Granddaughter. Price was to much for what I received.
I didn't expect the extra charges for a vase, service & delivery, and sales tax before I saw the final figures. I tried to eliminate the balloon, but couldn't figure out how to do that.
My granddaughter enjoyed the balloon and bear best, but thought the flowers and candy were good too. I never saw the item so I'll have to depend on her response. I did note that other people had same experience and response as I regarding having extra charges sprung on them after they decided to order. You might add a sentence like "Vase priced separately; fees and taxes not included in price."

You could a) provide more info on flowers and b) provide a better way to sort through the flowers. My selection looked beautiful, but I was very upset with what was delivered. They made adjustments and I was satisfied.

Didn't like that I couldn't select the Regular option for delivery, especially with the volume. One of my arrangements was delivered 2 days late!, with no reasonable explanation. Between the pricing issues (my selection was a $23.59 arrangement), late delivery, etc. this has not been the most positive experience. I have used this service before to order sympathy and get well arrangements and have been very happy.

I ordered with hours before the cut off time for delivery same day and a couple hours later I looked at the status to see if was delivered yet and the order was then delayed because fromyouflowers couldn't find a flower shop to deliver them the same day.
I have ordered flowers on mulitple occassions. They are always beautiful and on time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
