The flowers were beautiful but the container was not what was in the picture. That was very disappointing because I specifically made my selection because of it; they came in a purple vase instead of the smiley coffee cup. The recepient didn't know the difference but I did.

I'm not sure if I would trust using your website again. When you have so many arrangements to choose from the florist you work with should be aware of what each one looks like. Otherwise I would not need to go thru you I could find the nearest florist and call them and tell them what I want. Plus the delivery is cheaper.

I don't like the people magazine offer at the bottom, hard to notice and i have to check a box to NOT accept the offer - horrible and deceptive practice. No one should ever have to check a box to NOT receive something - shame on you. I will be switching to another flower service. I have no idea how long you have been doing this, 1st time I noticed.
The arrangements are not even close to the quality and amount of flowers in the pictures. These were delivered to my work, so I was able to see them and I wa quite embasassed and dissappointed in the quality.

Thank goodness I followed up to find out your reason. What if I never followed up? And as it turned out, it was the correct address all along. Where was your acknowledgment to me? Where is apology?

Lots of great choices, easy check out. There was an issue with the delivery. I ordered a balloon and it didn't arrive. I emailed Customer Service and they took care of it right away. All positive thoughts from this site.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
