The flowers were beautiful, but to not receive the usual flower food to put in the vase was a disappointment. Such a small thing, but really pretty much a must for any flower delivery company if you want to ensure the flowers provide enjoyment for longer than a few days.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement that was suppose to be tasteful and respectful. What was received was nothing like what was pictured on your site. It was in a basket not the beautiful pot that was shown. It had daisies instead of multiple different plants and it had a bright bow on it! It's a sympathy arrangement not a spring basket arrangement! Really disappointed and won't use this site again.

You should not advertise low prices and then tackle on a 14.99 service fee at the VERY end. I was 2 secs from canceling the order, but I spent too much time searching and looking for flowers I just decided to order.

Update: they don't look ANYTHING like what I ordered. Very disappointing

I was actually embarrassed for my sister to get these.They weren't arranged,no bow.Way too expensive for me by the time charges are added.Never again will I be embarrassed like that.

Due to my aunt being in the hospital for the past 2 and half months and supposedly going to rehab any day I had to change the address twice. I was sure she wouldn't get them because they kept changing their minds About what they were going to do about her. She got them on time and they were beautiful. She is paralyzed and unable to speak but they made her smile. Thank you so much for all your help -you made her day.

Very disapointed with service. Flowers were delivered late and not the quality I expected. The picture showed a large arrangement but the actual delivery was sparce and looked as if it was a day old. Will not shop with you again
