The basket was amazing the only thing that I have an issue with is the balloon that was provided as it was pink and my nephew is a boy.

I do not like that I was only told about $15 delivery at the very end of my shopping experience. I thought my order total was going to be $35. The customer service that I received was top of the line. Great company.

The delivered flowers look nearly identical to the picture. Another major flower company delivered 9 tulips instead of 25 stems that were ordered and paid for thinking I wouldn't know. Have they heard of electronic photos? They said they would send a replacement bouquet and didn't. What a relief to have flowers delivered of exactly what you ordered and on the day it was scheduled to be delivered. I highly recommend Fromyouflowers and will use them from now on!
They waited until the last 30 minutes of the delivery time to deliver the flowers (5:30pm). I had to call the customer service number to see if they were even going deliver the flowers on time. When the recepient received the flowers and sent me a picture they were jammed in this tiny vase and not as beautiful as what was pictured. The person I sent them to had to place them in another vase that she owned and thanked me for them. But for how much a paid they should've looked better than that. I ordered from this website before and never had this experience. I have another order this week and hope this doesn't happen again.

I didn't get what I wanted. I wanted flowers with a happy birthday balloon. It appears to have been my fault. I somehow ordered a package of all balloons. The price I paid for 8 balloons seemed very high to me!
The product that I really desired to send wasn't available for the zip code chosen, and then the delivery charge and handling fees were almost as much as the bouquet itself, which were not disclosed at the beginning. Very disappointed.
