It was delivered in time. I ordered a Mylar balloon and pink latex balloon. A Mylar birthday balloon and a yellow Mylar balloon were delivered. The flower cake just didn't look put together nicely or tightly. It seemed thrown together. It was not with the $60 + price :(
The handling charge of $14.99 was not mentioned until I saw the final amount. I am not sure I would have ordered had I know handling/shipping was so expensive.

It was easy now I just hope the flowers are there by 1 pm. I paid for same day delivery to business was told would be there NO later then 5 well got there after 6pm at which time My girl had left work so a coworker accepted it. I'm really unhappy about my experience the thing I saw on Google that caught my eye said flowers delivered in 4 hours that's the only reason I ordered I wanted her to get her flowers while at work not for her coworker to. What a joke

Disappointed in what received and what the picture showed on the website. Picture on site looked bigger and prettier. There were no blue flowera in the arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
