I decided to send a balloon bouquet to a little girl in the hospital and, not knowing when she would be discharged, I decided to quickly order them online, and have them delivered same day. I didn't place the order until around 1 pm, and they were delivered about 3 hours later. And my little recipient loved it.
Expected much better arrangement. It is not like the picture I chose specifically for the yellow roses, lilies and Blue/purple flowers which there were not enough of the blue/purple flowers...the ribbon bow was cheap looking and some white stuff to fill in the vase because there were not enough flowers to fill it.
The service and the product by From You Flowers was great, however the delivery was terrible. The box was crushed, all of the blossoms on one plant was knocked off, half of the blossoms on the other plant were crushed or destroyed, the person that delivered the package just left the box on the steps and drove away without so much as knocking on the door. My fiancé did not even know the flowers were delivered until another family member came home and saw the package on the steps. Totally unacceptable service from UPS.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
