Only disappointing thing was that the picture showed pink flowers and roses and there was very little pink in the arrangement. Otherwise the flowers were great and so was the arrangement!

I ordered same day delivery flowers and the website stated that they would be able to arrive in time that day. I later received and email stating that the flowers were not delivered, but would be delivered the next day. The flowers did arrive the following day and were of great quality, but I then received and email stating that instead of reimbursing me of the extra costs of same day delivery, they instead were giving me a store credit. I do not want to spend extra money on buying another arrangement of flowers in order to use up the store credit since the delivery of my first order was already a disappointment. I am frustrated that fromyouflowers would not offer me a reimbursement, but rather store credit.
Shipping took a long time
I had two orders on two separate days. I was charges 14.99 TWICE. I DISCOVERED THAT THE FLOWERS WERE SHIPPED FROM LOCAL FLORISTS. I WAS AT WORK SO I ORDERED THEM, BUT NEXT TIME I WILL JUST VISIT THE FLORIST MYSELF BECAUSE THEY ARE IN WALKING DISTANCE FROM MY JOB.
We received the flowers, but they were NOT what I ordered. I ordered a specific arrangement for a specific purpose. What we received was NOT what I chose for the specific reason I chose it.
The arrangement was different from the picture and description.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
