Everything was OK except high "service" costs. I did not realize that even though I was sending 2 items to the same recipient on the same day that I would be charged 14.99 service fee for each item. This should be stated clearly on the home page. I would have gone elsewhere.

Quick and easy. They were not delivered same day, even though the fee was taken. They actually did not arrive until 4pm the following day. Communication was poor. The product that arrived was of a high standard and was very pretty.

I did like the quick view and selection of bouquets on the first page. Flowers are not as shown even after a re-do of the order but I appreciate that they tried to get it right.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
