Quick and easy and disappointed when she came home with flowers. There was only a few flowers that had bloomed the rest not. To have flowers delivered as a surprise it should make someone say awww not ok well I'll wait to see what this looks like in a few days. Over all great price,great delivery time and I'm sure in a few days the flowers will look great. I will rate everything four stars in hopes the flowers will bloom with great potential and beauty. Thanks for the service and yes I will order from you guys in the up coming future

I went to the funeral and saw the planter. I paid for the upgrade. It was very small. Glad I didn't go with the regular, it would have been tiny! Way too high price for what was received.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
