In the middle of my checkout experience the 6 dollar discount disappeared. I tried to combat this with a coupon code but was unable to find a spot for this. Had I not been in such a hurry, I would not have gone through with the order. While product pricing is not poor, the loss of a discount mid sale was extremely disappointing.
I have never been disappointed with any of the flowers I have ordered over the years. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful selections, easy ordering process and a great variety.
Ordering was fast and easy. But then the recipient posted a picture of the plant that was delivered and I was disappointed and embarrassed as it was not close to what I had ordered. I emailed customer service and they took care of it, delivering another plant that looked much better.
If the second plant had been delivered first I would have been very pleased. I should not have to follow up with out of town friends and family to see if flowers and plants I ordered are actually what they received.
Price and delivery time were great - IF I the plant had been correct. I do appreciate customer service following up and correcting the situation. I am just not sure I am comfortable ordering from or recommending you at this point.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
