My order did not arrive when I needed it. I expected same day delivery. That is not what happened. I ordered the flowers for same day delivery on Saturday and received them on Monday.
Its was good. I wish I could've got the total before we made it to the check out. Otherwise, my son was happy with his purchase

I requested same day delivery. When I called to find out when the delivery would be made I was told it wouldn't go out until the following morning. I was disappointed and was refunded the same day delivery fee. Come to find out, the delivery was made the same day but late that evening so the person that was to receive the flowers had already left work.
The flowers were very nice but I was not happy with the delivery.

My first attempt offered a discount. When I got to the point of placing my order I found I would be charged $14.95 for shipping/delivery. That made the flowers too expensive. I then rec'd an email offering free shipping, but did not include the original discount offered. I'd rather have the information up front. I felt you were misleading and not straight forward.
