Decent value, easy online shopping experience. Flowers could not be delivered the same day as my order, but they were delivered at 11 am the following day, well before the 5 pm guaranteed delivery time. This accounts for the 4-star rating on delivery. The deluxe arrangement is huge and filled with fresh, young flowers that have yet to open, meaning my elderly aunt in a rehab hospital will likely be able to enjoy them for a week or two. I was disappointed, however, that I paid extra for a pink frosted vase (her favorite color), but the vase that arrived is clear glass. That accounts for the 4-star rating on value received. Overall, however, I'm satisfied and would order at fromyouflowers.com again as long as I had a day to wait and didn't expect any add-ons like specialty vases.
I am from Europe, this is a one time order
Roses are starting to droop already in the bouquet purchased for Liz Beck. Not happy about that. The order was delivered on time and the flowers looked good for two days and the third day some of the flowers started to droop, even though there was plenty of water in the vase.
The birthday girl was very satisfied as the recipient. I was very satisfied with the early delivery.
Everything offered ended up being to good to be true and it was. Same Day Service, only for a surcharge, if you order on the same day you want delivery. $50 dollars for the floral arrangement and another $15 to prepare it. Like I said, just was to good to be true...
I really loved the selections available but the final price was a little more than I wanted to spend.

The shipping fees are excessive.
The order was complete, but Im not satisfied about the heart balloon, was too small just 2 inches and a half of size just with air inside. In February I made another order with you (fromyouflowers) that was cheapest than this order and my wife received a big balloon 10 inches of size approximately and that balloon had helium inside. I was expecting she receiving a big heart balloon with helium inside.

Flower bouquet had baby breath included while the bouquet pictured did not show. I'm not a fan of baby breath but fortunately friend who rec'd the bouqet does:)
The flowers my daughter received compared to the one in the picture on the website were about a $40 difference. They also were 30 minutes later then the business delivery time they listed. My daughter had already left work. I sent a complaint to their email, the refunded me for $15. This was nice, however, The excitement of the beautiful flower delivery was ruined.
It was easy to order - if it gets to the recipient today, it will make this a perfect process, order, and delivery:)
