Would have given all five star, but the ordered was not delivered on my chosen date.
Delivery time was not acceptable. It was same day delivery, extra charge and they waited untill I called to see why order hadn't been delivered 6 hours after order was placed. Recipient was almost gone from job before this was even delivered. Unacceptable.
Online ordering easy and love the same day delivery!
There was a slight problem with the name of the recipient, but that was cleared and my friend did receive the flowers and emailed me that they were beautiful.

Arrangement was not as pictured so I was very disappointed. I ordered because of the yellow happy face mug, instead it was a tall white coffee mug. I know you can substitute but really spoiled the whole look of the yellow arrangement. This is my third time to order the same thing and now I don't think I can order it again.
Didn't realize there were hidden fees such as special handling charge. Plants were delivered in separate pots. She had to put it all together and plant them in metal container. Hopefully it came with a plastic liner. Just not pleased at all with product! Only one of the 3 plants had blooms on it. Not acceptable as she was not thrilled. This was for a very special person. Not good gift for the total price paid!
The bouquet was not as big as pictured (I upgraded and the one received looked more like the standard size) but the flowers were nice and the delivery was very fast, as this was a last-minute bereavement order. Thank you for delivering so quickly!

I have never ordered flowers online. Your sight made it easy to navigate. I wasn't very pleased with the arrangement that was sent. It wasn't as full as the one pictured and they looked like someone just put a bunch of different flowers in a vase...not necessarily arranged them. They looked sloppy.
