I especially like your "same day delivery" option! I wish that you would post your "handling" charge alongside the cost of your offered arrangements. That would avoid the sticker shock at the time of "checkout!" How well I am satisfied by your services will depend on a couple of things: the timeliness of delivery (today!), and how impressed my sister is with your bouquet. Update: The flowers were delivered the same day, just as promised. Perfect! Although the floral arrangement did not look exactly as the one pictured (my sister sent me a picture from her phone), the bouquet was beautiful! Well worth the cost! I didn't appreciate the fact that the initial quoted price for the flowers turned out to be about half of what the final price was. It was originally listed as a one day delivery at a special price but I have no idea of how you arrived at the final checkout cost.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
