Great but it was delivered 2x and the 2nd time was opened and when asked why the plastoc looked ooened i was told that it was delivered to someone else and they may have opened and taken stuff out and that theres nothing they could or would do about it and i would have to speak with the company

This is our my second purchase. The 1st order was not delivered on time. I sent an email and we were reimbursed. I will say that the flowers were beautiful though...

User friendly. Satisfied with the products. The recipient was happy which made me happy. The only thing was it was delivered a day late. However, I would order from them again in the future. In the future, I will place my order at least 2 to 3 days to give them plenty of time for delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
