The photos my wife received did not look like the photo I ordered. The bouquet in the photo seemed to have more roses that what came in her bouquet. I felt cheated
No card wad included with the flowers. My mother in-law had to call the florist to find out who they were from. She was told 'oh, we must have forgot to out the card in ' so, they read the card to her.

Easy to deal with
Everything with the ordering process was good. I sent flowers to the funeral home unsure if I would make the 600 mile trip. I made it and was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement from my family. 100% not flowers I ordered and the leaves were drooping dead and flowers looked like the wouldn't last for the 3 hour service. VERY dissatisfied.
The flowers were a day late and were not as pictured which was frustrating. It shows multiple eucalyptus which was part of the reason I picked the bouquet (love the scent) but it only has one small one. My family didn't really know any better so the gift was still appreciated and the roses were the nicest part.
