So far so good, except I think the handling charge is too much. That could stop me from ordering in future.Recipient not at premises when delivered. Found it on stoop a few days later.

Great idea for a quick gift

Have used you before. Everyone has always complimented the flowers. As an amateur gardener, on the whole, the arrangements have been pretty. Ordering is easy. Nice selection. Prices are good.

It was slow, but worked out. The delivery charges hit at the end and were a slight shock. I think the value appears good, if the recipient is happy with the flowers received.

Very satisfied overall.

Easy ordering, and flowers delivered on time and correct. Even the delivery driver called to be sure someone was home to receive them.

The photos my wife received did not look like the photo I ordered. The bouquet in the photo seemed to have more roses that what came in her bouquet. I felt cheated

No card wad included with the flowers. My mother in-law had to call the florist to find out who they were from. She was told 'oh, we must have forgot to out the card in ' so, they read the card to her.

The quality of the flowers was outstanding

The flowers were delivered. The product did NOT look like the picture on the website. I could have done better buying from the local drugstore and sticking them in a vase myself. My wife said the "Its the thought that counts". Disappointed...

Easy to deal with

Everything with the ordering process was good. I sent flowers to the funeral home unsure if I would make the 600 mile trip. I made it and was embarrassed when I saw the arrangement from my family. 100% not flowers I ordered and the leaves were drooping dead and flowers looked like the wouldn't last for the 3 hour service. VERY dissatisfied.

The flowers were a day late and were not as pictured which was frustrating. It shows multiple eucalyptus which was part of the reason I picked the bouquet (love the scent) but it only has one small one. My family didn't really know any better so the gift was still appreciated and the roses were the nicest part.

I forgot to use my discount. Also, the arrangement was an embarrassment. So small and definately not the flowers in the picture.

You have never failed me. Sometimes I find the advertised picture doesn't accurately portray the product, but the recipient always appreciates the gift. Overall, Good job
