I was not sure if I was supposed to tip the delivery guy but he was kind of short with me and walked away fast so i didn't, but he wasn't rude, just not super friendly. Everything overall went very well. I used a coupon so I was happy for the price I paid and delivery time was fast and efficient.

The reason that I assigned one stars to the majority of FromYouFlowers services is because I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be sent to my girlfriend for her birthday. While the arrangement arrived on time and the use of selecting flowers from your website was an easy user experience, the flowers arrived already wilting, and without any daisies at all. I specifically chose my arrangement because the daisies were the most eye popping and important part because they are her favorite flower. In fact, on the personalized card that I wrote for her, the message was to enjoy your "daisies and chocolate." So you can imagine my frustration when there wasn't a single daisy in the arrangement. I spent $60 on a service and didn't even get what I paid for. With that being the case, I can't recommend anyone else to spend so much money and receive dying flowers that wasn't even a complete order. If you are working to improve customer service, I'd say start with making sure the orders are correct because you guys did great with your website and on time delivery. But $60 is a steep price to pay for not having an order be correct. I was excited about the entire process until my girlfriend sent me a picture of the arrangement. Thank you for your time and for reading my suggestions.

The arrangement I order was not how it looked when it was delivered, I did call and they sent out another arrangement still looked nothing like the picture on the web site. Will not order from here again. The arrangement I order was spring colors pinks/purples with sunflowers, what was delivered was orange and browns with sunflowers and the second arrangement looked much the same.

I order same day delivery and the flowers did. It get to my cousin until the end of the next day. Disappointing.
It was great, but when I selected a heart, a smiley face and a puppy, they'd come out fine, except when I checked it, strange letters or signs would appear! I fixed it two or three times, but same thing happened, so I erased it. I was very disappointed!
I paid for an arrangement that should contain a mixture of white and yellow roses. The arrangement came only with yellow roses. The flowers last long only two days after delivered.
The flowers were pretty but not what I expected. In the photo of the flowers I ordered, there were several red roses, several lilies and several pink roses...I ordered the middle option, the "delux," so I thought it would look like the picture. I think my bouquet was standard, with only 2 lilies, one red rose and one pink rose. The flowers were nice and I guess you cannot expect every bouquet to look the same, I just thought it would have had a few more roses and at least one more lily than that. I thank the company for prompt service though and getting the bouquet here on-time. And the flowers did last a little over a week, so that's a plus.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
