The flowers that were delivered looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I purchased. I picked out an arrangement with sunflowers, green poms, and purple accent flowers all inside a glass vase with a raffia bow. What was delivered was Barbie pink Gerber daisies, white tulips, white daisies and pastel purple and pink accent flowers, inside a glass vase with a pastel pink bow. Needless to say, I was so disappointed when my sister, who hates pink, sent me a picture of the flowers I had delivered to her and said 'Thanks, but what's with the pink?' I called customer service who insisted there was nothing they could do before the called dropped. When I called back I was told I would receive a 20% refund ($8.) After reading, FromYouFlowers substitution policy to the customer service rep, which essentially states flowers may be substituted but the florist will do everything they can to stick to the original color pallet, I was told another arrangement could be sent to my sister. So if you want to ensure the arrangement you send looks like the one you picked out, I would suggest using a different company, but if price trumps looks, stick with FromYouFlowers.

It was far more pricy than I realized, the website showed a 19.99 value option that I tried to get, but then it said I had to spend at least 20 more dollars for them to ship it. After dishing out 20 more dollars, it charged me an additional 20 dollars to get it shipped. $60 flowers... I no doubt could have found just as nice flowers that I could have picked up for much less.
The shopping experience is great but the handling charge is outrageous.
It was quite easy to give a bunch of flowers to my girlfriend in NT from mi home in Madrid (Spain). I put the hotel address and I advised them that you'll deliver the bunch of flower the next day. Everything went fine!

The flowers arrived at my wife's work on time. She loved the flowers and the note that accompanied it, but mostly she loved the opportunity for her female co-workers to look in jealousy. They were already jealous that she gets such a delicious piece of eye candy to bed every night and now she gets flowers randomly for no reason. The opportunity to show some of her closest friends how much better she has it than they do is, deep down, what every woman dreams of. The flowers were beautiful and the wife was extra fired up later that night!
