I received an email at 1:52 pm CST that the order had been delivered. I called my Mom (it was for her birthday) at 3:38 pm CST and she made no mention of receiving them. I texted my brother at 6:56 pm CST & he said nothing had been delivered. At around 7:30 pm CST, he said the delivery had just been made. Flowers delivered at 7:30 PM? That is not satisfactory.
I wasn't happy with the way the flowers were arranged in the vase. Each different flower was grouped together instead of spread throughout. I did email back and was told I would be receiving a 20% credit. I will order again as I don't think it was the websites fault.

Everything went OK
I ordered flowers for my nieces First Communion. They did not look exactly like the picture, but were pretty. The bouquet was not as big as the picture.
Very poor first time experience. Flower box was left at interior door, upside down with vase on top. Of course all water had drained downward and flowers were crushed by weight of vase. Hardly the Happy Birthday wish I was hoping to deliver!

Quick and easy
The flowers that were delivered looked absolutely nothing like the flowers I purchased. I picked out an arrangement with sunflowers, green poms, and purple accent flowers all inside a glass vase with a raffia bow. What was delivered was Barbie pink Gerber daisies, white tulips, white daisies and pastel purple and pink accent flowers, inside a glass vase with a pastel pink bow. Needless to say, I was so disappointed when my sister, who hates pink, sent me a picture of the flowers I had delivered to her and said 'Thanks, but what's with the pink?' I called customer service who insisted there was nothing they could do before the called dropped. When I called back I was told I would receive a 20% refund ($8.) After reading, FromYouFlowers substitution policy to the customer service rep, which essentially states flowers may be substituted but the florist will do everything they can to stick to the original color pallet, I was told another arrangement could be sent to my sister. So if you want to ensure the arrangement you send looks like the one you picked out, I would suggest using a different company, but if price trumps looks, stick with FromYouFlowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
