When I used an online coupon for 20% off the original 'sale price' of the bouquet went back up to full price of 54.99. Also the actual bouquet delivered while nice, did not look much like the one pictured and had filler greens, carnations & what looked like baby's breath - more of a cheap grocery store bouquet (and I upgraded to deluxe order.) I've been happy with previous orders; this one not so much.
I. Ordered the delux pretty please the picture the recipient sent me was not what I ordered it seemed small and the arrangement was different than the one I ordered
I am beyond dissapointed! Fist I upgraded my bouquet so I paid more for a better bouquet yet I got a small poorly made one and it was not at all what I paid for. What I received was a very loose bouquet filled with filler plants like ferns and roses which I did not order! There were only three gerbera daisies and it's a gerbera daisy bouquet it looked poorly made and didn't include flowers I paid for! Also the vase was to have a nice decorative trim and it didn't not have that. It wasn't at all what was advertised or worth the seventy bucks I paid for it I'm so angry this was a special bouquet for the loss of a young woman to cancer and this was supposed to represent her rainbow and favorite flower which is why I bought them! I am so disappointed.

Experience was great, hopefully I'll be as pleased with the flowers. I received a confirming email that the flowers were delivered at 5:30 pm. However, there was a problem with the address and instead of calling myself or the person receiving the flowers (since both numbers were provided) to confirm the address they delivered them at 8:30 pm in the evening. I also picked the florist choice thinking they would be able to create a nice bouquet with the flowers they had, the bouquet was filled with heavy red roses and dark colors for my sister in laws birthday and a bunch of whatever they had thrown in. I should have picked a design from your website. Lesson learned on my part. My issue was not with fromyouflowers, but with the florist they used.

There was a $15 fee that was not disclosed until that end of the payment page when I was ready to pay. If I knew that when I was choosing my products I may have chosen differently. I don't know why that fee was necessary.

What I ordered and what was received was like night and day. I am not happy with the order at all. The only thing that was the same was the balloon. I picked out a color coordination with my daughters office. Thanks for ruining it. Never again
