The flowers were not delivered in 4 hours as add stated. They had to be delivered to the recipients home not office as desired.

The arrangement I ordered was nothing I expected. Usually I order from another company but I gave it a shot and didn't have a good experience. The arrangement was too small eventhough I ordered the large one. It was a anniversary arrangement for my wife and I was disappointed with the product. I called customer service and all they offered was a discount.

This was a surprise thank you gift for each of my two daughters. They were very pleased with my selection. In fact my son-in-law said "that was right up my alley". Since I'm housebound much of the time, it's a very good way. With so many options it's a win-win.
I ordered some flowers for my daughter's 14th birthday to be delivered to her dad's house. The delivery was attempted, but no one was home. I still received a confirmation email that they had been delivered so I asked her if she go them. She had not. I asked her if any neighbors had them (thinking the delivery person may drop them there if no one is home). They did not have them. I called the customer service number and they were unable to give me any information, but said they would call back. No one called back. I called again the next day, at which time I was informed that they were on the truck to be delivered again now (the day after her birthday). The flowers were not as big/full as the picture I ordered, but she was happy with them. The box of chocolates was 4 chocolates which I thought was disappointing as well. I did select small box, but for $10 I thought it would be more than 4 chocolates.

I placed this order on Saturday, for Saturday delivery.
It was delivered on Sunday.
Fortunately, the recipient was working both Saturday & Sunday and it made for a perfect surprise.
That might not have been the case.
A simple call to the number (that was mandatory) that was provided would have been appropriate.
I am satisfied with the outcome, but this could be improved.

Site was easy to use. I received a pic from my sis who is the one I sent them to. They were beautiful although not the bright springy colors as in the photo. But they were beautiful and my sis loved them!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
