I ordered 'same day' delivery. And didn't receive it on that day. If I had known that your company was unable to do what you said you would do, what I paid for you to do, I most certainly, would have gone woth another company.

Shopping on your website was fine... BUT the florist delivered the flowers to the wrong address... seeing as the flowers were going to be delivered to my mothers work, the lady who mistakenly got them, called my mothers work to let her know what happened... SOOOO here my mom found out about her flowers by another woman calling to tell her they are at her house and the florist made the wrong delivery to her. ALSO I paid extra for the larger amount of flowers, they weren't any bigger than a normal bouquet. Although very pretty, I wouldn't justify them being the bigger bouquet price. In the end the florist went and picked my moms flowers up and got them to her... BUT this all totally ruined the surprise... Sooo not happy with this!

I would like to see an edit button before my final purchase where I can change my order (i.e. To something cheaper) once I see what the final total is going to be with the service fee, taxes, etc. And without having to start all over again. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
