So far, i have been very impressed with the variety of flowers and ease of being able to find exactly what i wanted and how easy it was to go through the ordering process.
The only thing I would recommend is keep customers updated. Maybe put that the order is being made. Because I had to call at 4:42pm because there was no update on my order. Just said that my order had been received. A simple "out for delivery" update would've been nice. I was worried my order wasn't going to get delivered.
My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement... Although it was very pretty I didn't look much like the picture. It had only 50% of the flowers and I paid for the deluxe package. So I'm pretty disappointed

It's always a challenge to know what you are actually going to get when you order flowers online. Having them sent to another party and not seeing the actual arrangement, I just need to hope that they are worth the money that they cost. The recipient loved them so that makes me happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
