It has been pretty easy, but would like these to be delivered fresh and beautiful! Thanks. My sister received her flowers late afternoon, and sent me a picture. The flowers were very nice, but the arrangement I picked had sunflowers, and you replaced that with yellow roses. The arrangement was smaller than the sunflower arrangement I picked. Nice, but her favorite flower is sunflower! If they were Not available, I would have liked to been contacted. So, no, I probably won't order agin from this site.

You ruined my wife's anniversary flowers! 1st of all they showed up at 7:30 PM! 2nd they were warm wilted and I could have bought 2 dozen roses from walmart that looked better! I will never use you again! Ruined my wifes wedding anniversary!
