I didn't think I would have to pay a$15 handling fee. That should be something that s mentioned before hand I also did not receive my delivery on the 6th, which is what I pad for. I would like a refund on my same day fee.

Hiding a 14.99 service and handling change at the end of checking out is unacceptable. Calculate that into the order before the guest goes through the entire checkout process. I am disappointed and perceive it as a dishonest move on your part as a company.

There were so many beautiful arrangements to choose from. That is a plus in itself which meant, I did not have to go on a big search to satisfy my need. I was very pleased with the arrangement (the flowers, the colors and the vase) that I chose. However, the vase received was not the vase in the photo. It also had a huge influence on the choice I made. The purchase was sent to a friend in sympathy. She called to thank me and express her loving thoughts of the arrangement. She sent me a picture to let me see how beautiful it was...this is when I saw that the vase was not the same as in the website photo, but I'm pleased because she was pleased. Thank you!
