OUTSTANDING...
It was a little difficult trying to customize my vase on my phone so I would advise using the desktop.
I expected it to be delivered before 5PM as stated during checkout but it arrived closer to 7PM and I hadplanned my festivities accordingly.
I assumed the vase itself would have my picture on it rather than a picture placed inside the vase
I assumed a larger balloon rather than the smaller version received.
The flowers were beautiful.
Overall the delivery time was disappointing but my wife loved it all. So perfect timing anyways from the universe.

Tried to have delivery on Sunday was changed to Monday tried to let customer service know she was not available Monday could not get a person on phone note was left at her house saying you missed delivery so Surprise was ruined and flowers were not upgraded as told for the delivery delay

The extra fees were a bit surprising since they were not mentioned anywhere else.
Really hate the way you put a total price when you order and then when you submit your payment you happen to add another $15 for service and handling! Also the last time I ordered, the flowers were delivered in a box like a regular package. They were put with other parcels and not opened until the next day. There's always been some kind of issue whenever I order flowers. And I've ordered a few. After seeing the flowers that were delivered I'm even more unhappy! They were nothing like what was pictured in the order!
The flowers came out close to what I ordered. The web site is easy to navigate through & they delivered them perfectly on time. I have used this service before & will continue to do so! Thank you.
