I ordered flowers for a colleague's birthday and sent them to what I thought was her hotel. It wasn't but I was able to follow up with the hotel and she was able to pick them up from there. She was absolutely surprised and delighted and said the flower brought a big smile to her face. She sent a picture of the arrangement and it was BEAUTIFUL!
I thought when I ordered I was receiving a plant arrangement on one of them but it was flowers. The issue was handled professionally. Thank you.

I ordered a bouquet from you for my mother, to be delivered on or just before Mothers Day (May 13,2018, 10 days ago). I received email notification on Saturday, May 12, that the order had been successfully delivered that evening. This was untruemy mother never received her flowers and, accordingly, my Mothers Day gift to her did not happen, which makes me VERY dissatisfied. I spoke to at Customer Service reps on Monday, May 14 (I didnt record the name) and was told the delivery would happen. It did not. I called back on May 18 and was told me the flowers would deliver by Monday, May 21they did not. I called that afternoon and spoke with another in Customer Service. I was told that they would deliver yesterday, May 22. They did not, confirmed by both conversation with my mother and the online order tracking record. I spoke to Customer Service again today and was assured that the deliver would happen todayI see no reason why I should trust this, given the experience Ive had thus far (including waiting on hold for well over an hour among the various calls Ive made to try and get this resolved. I finally got the Customer Service rep to escalate this to a supervisor today (after asking 3 times), was put on hold for another 9 minutes (which is amazingly bad form, given this history and my experience with your company), and spoke with him. He assured me that hed personally handle this and that it would be delivered todaybut I have no results yet and this has been a remarkable debacle for something as simple as delivering a Mothers Day arrangement. I have never had such a consistently bad experience with any company in my life. My experience suggests that FromYouFlowers.com is extremely incompetent, or a scam operation, or both.

Everything is fine, just need to see the flowers to guive a total opinion. The flowers were gorgeous and my sister-in-law loved them!
No idea on time or satisfaction since it asked before delivery. Had an issue with charging delivery charge on each of three flowers ordered. Same delivery day, and location. They refunded one of the charges, better than nothing at all. Satisfied enough for now.
My daughter was thrilled with her birthday cake flowers. I wish it would have had a bit more colored flowers but in all, it was very well done.

I could not go back and change my delivery date. I did not like this feature! I did not have to have it delivered the same day. It does not tell you it is extra for this until the end of the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
