Deliver was made to wrong address after this called and had it changed 2 days before delivery. Had a really really really difficult time explaining changed address to person on phone. It was like she was in a foreign country. Won't do that again

My mother posted a picture of the flowers on Facebook and although she liked them, I was highly disappointed because they looked NOTHING like what was pictured. For the price paid I was not thrilled with what the arrangement looked like. I would like to use you guys again in the future because I thought prices were moderately reasonable but if the arrangements aren't going to look like what's pictured I feel I will have to go a different route. I was grateful though that the flowers made it to my mothers office in time!

First choice was Not available in area.neither was 2nd, even though I had clicked link to items available in area. My selection was delivered on the date chosen.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
